Hungerford Charter Market

Immerse yourself in the bustling charm of Hungerford Charter Market, a delightful Wednesday rendezvous held rain or shine! Every week, this vibrant marketplace transforms the High Street, its stalls overflowing with fresh local produce. You’ll find the Hungerford Charter Market on the High Street just outside the Town Hall, starting early in the morning and packing away early afternoon. There is also a regular indoor market on Wednesdays with a wide variety of stalls from collectibles to clothing. From time to time there is also a French and Italian themed market.

Hungerford Wharf

Directions to Hungerford from A34: At the Bath Road Junction, use the left lane to follow signs for A4 towards Hungerford/Newbury. After 0.3 miles, at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Bath Road/A4. After 7.2 miles, at the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Bridge Street/A338 and continue into Hungerford.
